I ordered a crib and it ended up arriving almost two weeks later than expected. The tracking didn’t really update much, so I had to email a couple of times to figure out what was going on. It was stressful, especially when you’re trying to get things ready on time. That said, the crib itself was fine once it finally got here, so it wasn’t a total disaster, just wish the delivery and communication had been better.

I reached out with a question and customer service got back to me really quickly with a clear answer. It might seem like a small thing, but when you’re trying to place an order and don’t want to mess anything up, that kind of help makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful. I really appreciated it and left feeling good about ordering from them

The crib looks fine now that it’s finally put together, but the setup was frustrating. The instructions weren’t super clear, and a few of the holes just didn’t line up right, so I kept having to stop and figure things out. It ended up taking way longer than I expected... not the worst crib, just annoying to assemble.

I checked out Kids N Cribs hoping to find a cute crib, but there just wasn’t much to pick from.

A bunch of the stuff I clicked was out of stock or only had one color left, which got old fast.

So overall, I do like this crib. It looks really nice in the room, which was the first thing I cared about, and putting it together wasn’t a huge ordeal. I was expecting some confusing parts, but it went smoothly. That said, after only a couple weeks I noticed a few small marks in the wood, and that kind of made me pause. It still feels sturdy and safe, which is obviously the main thing, but for the price I guess I expected it to hold up a bit better. It’s not a bad crib at all — I just keep going back and forth on whether I’m fully happy with it.

I really wanted to like this, but for the price I was expecting something nicer. It wasn’t terrible, just felt average, maybe even a little cheap in person. Once shipping and the extra costs were added, it stung even more. I feel like I could’ve found something similar somewhere else for less, or even compared to some other options I’ve seen... yeah. I wouldn’t buy it again.
